OVERVIEW

The Fairies birthday parties are hosted by Rainbow the Birthday Fairy or the Party Wizard (and a special helper), and deliver a fan-fairy-tastic birthday party for children from 2 years old. Please note the photos below are from our Adelaide shop. Our first Sydney shop will be just as fan-fairy-tastic!

Parties are magical and exciting from the first moment your child welcomes their friends into Fairyland to share their special day.
Parties are carefully designed to ensure your guests are busy and happy for the whole party, with dancing to loved and well-known fairy songs, age-appropriate and fun games with chocolate prizes, colouring in and story time, creative play, a fairy treat box of food and a party bag for every guest. Plus the birthday child receives a special little gift from The Fairies.
For older children who still love The Fairies music, we can "up the tempo" with boppier music and more challenging games.

Rainbow the Birthday Fairy
A very beautiful fairy who has so much experience with young children, and will create the most perfect parties to remember for ever.

 

Fairy Treat Box of Food
Our guests enjoy their own special Fairy Treat Box with a sausage roll, a chicken nugget, a fairy packet of sultanas, fairy cake and hundreds and thousands biscuit. Washed down with water or cordial, it's the perfect party food, and oh, so special to be in their own box!

Yummy Little Prizes
Chocolate frogs are adored by all, and every child wins their own to enjoy.

Party Bags
With a little packet of lollies, a special bookmark and a fairy gift, these loot bags are perfectly gorgeous on their own, or you can add your own bits and pieces on the day to personalise them just for your party child.

 

Invitations
Personalised invitations will be sent to you four weeks before your child's party (or sooner if you request). A5 in size and ready for you to add your guests' names and deliver.

 

Fairy Crafty Parties

Don't children just LOVE to paint plaster moulds and take them home! Our Fairy Crafty Parties are just $2.50 per child extra, and each child get to paint and glitter a beautiful piece of art (Harmony, Rhapsody or Barnaby mould), and take it home as a special reminder of their favourite party ever!

 

Special Needs Children

We love to create our special parties for all children who love The Fairies. If your child or their guests have special needs, please tell us in advance so we can make their party extra special.The Fairies are nut restricted, however if your child or their guests has severe food allergies, we can provide empty Fairy Treat Boxes for you to fill with appropriate party food that they can enjoy.

If you feel we may need additional helpers to make your special needs guests have a fan-fairy-tastic time, we will happily work with you to ensure the party is practically perfect in every way!

Parents' Room
The creators of The Fairies have children too, and know how much parents love to watch their children having fun at parties. We also know that parents of young children like to stay close by in case their child needs a reassuring hug. With our Parents' Rooms, you can stay and enjoy a latte and a chat with other parents, while watching the party live on the television screen or through the one-way glass (depending on which venue you are in).

Birthday Cake
Parents just love to supply their own special birthday cakes, and the cakes are not included in the party, however we have a fairy special "Happy Birthday" song and cake-cutting ceremony in our parties. If you're just not that good at cake decorating, try one of our edible icing image cakes with The Fairies pictured - a bit of pink icing and a sprinkle of hundreds and thousands and your cake will look fan-fairy-tastic!

How Long Is It?
We have found 1 ½ hours to be the perfect length for a party. Just long enough to have plenty of singing and dancing, games and activities, food and the special birthday cake, but not so long that children get over-excited or over-tired.
As we only have half an hour in which to tidy and clean fairyland the parents' room in between parties, we do ask that once you have said goodbye to your party guests, you move into the retail area to finish your special chats and goodbyes.

Cost
A party for up to 12 guests costs $280. This includes everything above: Invitations, Rainbow the Birthday Fairy or the Party Wizard, a fairy helper, dancing and games with prizes, a Fairy Treat Box of food and a party bag for every guest.
For every additional child, a cost of $19 per child.
Fairyland is suitable for up to 25 children per party.
